About Me
Lana is a mixed media artist based in Galashiels, earning a HND in Art and Design from Borders College in 2020. Since then, she has pursued a self-directed artistic career, with a notable highlight being the inclusion of her work in the first series of Grayson’s Art Club in 2020. This exposure led to the privilege of having her work featured in the series exhibition at the Manchester Art Gallery in 2021.
Post-graduation, her focus has been on refining her artistic approach and solidifying her unique style. Rooted in found photography, her work bears the distinctive handling of various media—painting, collage, textiles and drawing—with collage being her defining artistic characteristic.

Lana is a member of the Society of Scottish Artists (SSA) and Visual Arts Scotland (VAS). She has exhibited at Dalkeith Palace, Royal Scottish Academy in Edinburgh and Old Gala House in the Scottish Borders, as part of their open call opportunities.
Lana's artistic journey has also found its way into published books through open calls, and she aspires to curate a solo exhibition in the near future. Additionally, she curates a Collage Club on Instagram, where global participants engage in creative challenges. She owes much of her artistic friendship to social media, fostering connections with a warm and supportive creative community.
